Scientist's Journal: Hakob Panosyan Continues to Make History
The story of the ARPA Institute began in 1992, in the heart of Los Angeles, but its essence lives in the spirit of Armenia. During one of the most challenging periods, the early years of Armenia’s independence, scientist Hakob Panosyan dared to establish an institution meant to serve as a bridge between the homeland and the diaspora.
Over time, ARPA has evolved into a think tank where potential meets experience, and vision is united with knowledge.
ARPA is a driving force that cultivates national values by implementing educational and scientific programs, supporting innovation, and fostering the development and advancement of young professionals.
