New Jobs and Modern Infrastructure: Armeconombank Summarizes the 2025 Social Program with Zinvori Tun
Daily care and tangible results: Armeconombank and Zinvori Tun Rehabilitation Center present the results of the one-year initiative.
At the 2025 Annual Meeting, as part of its corporate responsibility, the Bank announced the launch of a major project with Zinvori tun, backed by an allocation of AMD 50 million. The program focused on two main components: a career and educational track for disabled servicemen with employment opportunities at the Bank, and an infrastructure track aimed at expanding the center's capacity and increasing its inpatient treatment capabilities.
Under the Educational Program:
- Around 30 beneficiaries completed a total of 93 hours of professional training, which included courses in foreign languages, computer literacy, soft skills, and specialized seminars on banking.
- 14 participants expressed interest in pursuing employment opportunities at the Bank.
- 7 participants successfully joined the internship program.
- 4 beneficiaries advanced to paid traineeships at the Bank’s Head Office and branch network.
The integration of program participants into the Bank’s team will continue as new positions become available.
Under Infrastructure Improvements:
- The building’s fire safety system was fully upgraded and regulated as a critical safety component.
- The entire 6-ton water reservoir system was modernised, and the main pump for the building's heating and hot water systems was replaced.
- The center’s surgical and rehabilitation departments were equipped with state-of-the-art medical devices and instruments.
- A Hongqi electric vehicle was acquired to serve the daily needs and transportation of the beneficiaries.
- Extensive renovation and construction works were carried out across the facilities.
"This project was Armeconombank's first collaboration with Zinvori Tun, and in a short period, we have achieved truly tangible results. We executed this program with special care and dedication, prioritizing the creation of a safer and more comfortable environment for the defenders of the homeland, as well as their professional integration and sustainable employment," noted Vahe Ghazaryan, Deputy CEO for Operations at Armeconombank.
In turn, Haykuhi Minasyan, Director of Zinvori Tun, emphasized the significance of the program:
"Thanks to Armeconombank, Zinvori Tun was able to solve long-standing problems. The educational, renovation, and related projects implemented with the Bank's support bring meaningful changes to the lives of disabled servicemen and significantly contribute to the quality of the Center’s operations. Demonstrating such great social responsibility years after the war is a truly remarkable commitment."
