Pallone Amendment to cut US military aid to Azerbaijan.
The full US House just began consideration of H.R.4373, the FY22 foreign aid bill, including (among many other amendments) the bipartisan Pallone Amendment to cut US military aid to Azerbaijan.
As a parliamentary procedure, the Pallone Amendment may be bundled with other bipartisan measures, a move that would help facilitate its timely passage.
